Upon arrival at Rome Fiumicino Airport, please proceed to the Car Rental Shuttle Area outside the terminal.
A Surprice Car Rental shuttle will take you to the rental office located just a few minutes away.
Please ensure you have your booking confirmation, driver’s license, and ID/passport ready for verification.
Drop-off Instructions
Return the vehicle to the same Surprice Car Rental location at Via dell’Aeroporto di Fiumicino 320.
Follow signs for Car Rental Returns and park in the designated area.
No key drop is available; please return the keys directly to a staff member during opening hours.
